Polybutene

Polybutene is a nondrying, sticky and light colored liquid. This is demanded for making cosmetics and personal care products. The forms offered in the range are used for the formulation of lipstick, skin care products and eye makeup. Polybutene is functional as a binder, viscosity increasing agent and epilating agent. Applications include, sealants, roofs and windows, coatings, adhesives, polymer modification, tackified polyethylene films, extenders for putties etc. The said solutions are also used for polybutene emulsions, sealing and personal care essentials. Derived from petroleum, this is mainly used in cosmetic making.
